Service disruptions - Friday 29 October

Services resuming

Route 16/70/75 trams have resumed along their normal lines following an earlier disruption. Delays may occur as we restore normal frequency.

Reason for changes:

Major disruptions to services due to storm damage caused by high winds. 

Tram service changes:

Due to a fallen tree on Glenferrie Road

• Buses replace Route 16 trams between Stop 63 Toorak Rd and Kew terminus.

Due to a power fault on Riversdale Road

• No Route 70 trams run between Stop 29 Riversdale Junction & Stop 39 Camberwell Depot.
• Buses replace Route 70 trams between Stop 18 Yarra Boulevard & Stop 39 Camberwell Depot.
• No Route 75 trams run between Stop 23 Hawthorn Bridge & Stop 39 Camberwell Depot.
• Buses replace Route 75 trams between Stop 23 Hawthorn Bridge & Stop 39 Camberwell Depot.

Alternative travel

• Route 16 passengers may use Route 109 trams on Cotham Road or Route 72 trams on Burke Road.
• Route 70/75 passengers may use Alamein/Belgrave/Lilydale line trains.
