Services resuming
Route 16/64 trams have resumed along their normal lines following an earlier disruption. Delays may occur as we restore the timetable.

Service Changes
Due to a collision in Hawthorn Road at Balaclava Road
- Route 16 trams to Melbourne University divert via Dandenong Road between Stop 48 Hawthorn Road and Stop 30 St Kilda Junction.
- Route 64 trams to East Brighton divert via Balaclava Road between Stop 30 St Kilda Junction and Stop 51 Balaclava Road.
Alternative travel
- Passengers may use Sandringham line trains, Route 78 trams on Chapel Street or Bus 603 on Hotham Street/Bus 604 on Orrong Road/Bus 605 on Kooyong Road to connect with diverting services.
This disruption is expected to take some time to clear. Plan ahead and allow extra time for your journey.
