Services resuming

Route 11/12/109 trams have resumed following an earlier disruption. Delays may occur as we restore the timetable.

Service Changes

Due to the Gisborne St works and an equipment fault in St Vincent's Plaza

• Route 11 trams run in sections with no trams between Stop 13 Gertrude Street and Stop 7 101 Collins Street.
• Route 12 trams continue to divert via La Trobe Street and run in sections with no trams between Stop 18 Hoddle Street and Stop 10 Nicholson Street in Victoria Parade.
• Route 109 trams in both directions divert via Bridge Road between Stop 8 Spring Street and Stop 29 Barkers Road and run a normal service via Collins Street.

Alternative travel

• Route 86 trams in Gertrude Street
• Route 78 trams in Church St to connect with diverting Route 109 trams
• Mernda/Hurstbridge Line trains

This disruption is expected to take some time to clear. Plan ahead and allow extra time for your journey.
