Services resuming

  • Swanston Street/St Kilda Road and Route 58 trams are resuming along their normal lines following the earlier disruption.
  • Route 11, 12, 19, 30, 35, 48, 57, 59, 70, 75, 86, 96 and 109 trams are resuming along their normal lines following the earlier disruption.

4.10pm service update

Due to protests in the city and St Kilda Road

  • Route 1/6 trams run in sections with no trams between Stop 7 RMIT University and East Coburg with limited shuttles in service. 
  • No St Kilda Road/Swanston Street trams run between Stop 30 St Kilda Road and Melbourne University.
  • Route 11, 12, 19, 30, 35, 48, 57, 59, 70, 75, 86, 96 and 109 trams are resuming along their normal lines following the earlier disruption.
  • Route 58 trams run in sections with no trams between Stop 123 Fawkner Park and Stop 119 Park Street.

  • Route 12/109 trams divert via La Trobe Street between Stop 12 St Vincent's Plaza and Spencer Street.
  • No Route 19 trams run between Stop 19 Brunswick Road and Flinders Street Station.
  • Route 57 and 59 trams divert via the Route 58 to Flinders Lane, between Stop 19 Royal Children's Hospital and Stop 2 Market Street.
  • No Swanston Street trams run between Elgin Street and Stop 14 Arts Precinct.
  • No Route 86 trams run between Stop 11 Melbourne Museum and the Docklands. 
  • No Route 70/75 trams run between Stop 6 Russell Street and the Docklands.
  • Route 96 trams run in sections, with no trams between Stop 11 Melbourne Museum and Stop 124 Batman Park. 
  • Route 30 trams may experience delays.
