Special event services
Free shuttle trams to Australian Open run as Route 70a between Stop D6 Flinders Street West and Stop 7C MCG Gates 4-7/ John Cain Arena, until one hour after the end of play each night.
Route 70 trams run as normal, servicing all stops between Docklands and Wattle Park.

Accessible trams run approximately every 10 minutes. Speak to our customer service team if you need help with your journey or to find out when the next low-floor tram is due at your stop.
Service changes
First to last tram daily
- Route 12 trams divert via La Trobe and Spencer Streets between Stop 124 Batman Park and Stop 12 St Vincent’s Plaza.
- Route 30 trams will not run.
- (Friday 21 January UPDATE) Due to driver availability, Route 35 (City Circle) trams may be affected during the event.
Alternate travel option
- Route 11 and 109 trams along Collins Street between Southern Cross Station and St Vincent’s Plaza
Note: Additional service changes apply on Sunday 23 January due to Lunar Festival in Victoria Street, Richmond.
