Reason for changes

Due to a rally in the city.

Service Changes

Swanston Street from 11:30am to 5pm

• Route 3, 64 and 67 trams will run between the south-eastern suburbs and Stop 7 Flagstaff Station diverting via Park Street, Kings Way and William Street

Swanston Street from 11:30am to end of rally

• Route 1 and 6 trams will run in sections with no trams between Stop 7 RMIT and Stop 11 Collins Street
• Route 5, 16 and 72 trams will run between the south-eastern suburbs and Stop 11 Collins Street

 When La Trobe St impacted 

• Route 30 will divert via Bourke St between Stop 119 Spencer St and Stop 10 Nicholson St along Route 86
• City Circle trams will operate between Docklands and Stop 6 Russell Street via Harbour Esplanade and Flinders Street

When Bourke Street/Spring Street impacted

• Route 30 trams will not run
• Route 86/96 trams will divert via La Trobe St between Spencer Street and Stop 11 Melbourne Museum
• A limited Route 86a shuttle will run between Stop 119 La Trobe St and Stop 4 Queen Street
• A limited Route 96a shuttle will run between Stop 138 Luna Park and Stop 4 Queen Street
